We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will take the lead on key projects involving the design, development, and testing of software solutions. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Define project requirements and manage project timelines
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to optimize software development processes
- Lead the continuous improvement efforts of software development practices
- Guide and support team members, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in React, JavaScript and familiarity with Node.js
- Demonstrated leadership and strong team management capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent English language skills, minimum B2+ level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Java
- Skills in Kubernetes
- Knowledge of SQL
