Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect (Salesforce) to provide ongoing sustainment and operational support for the existing JobCenter solution, ensuring its stability and reliability for business users.

This role involves executing the new development roadmap by building, testing, and deploying new features and capabilities identified during the discovery phase, and managing the transition from the current system to the transformed solution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of the solution architecture on the Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports both current needs and future transformation goals
  • Develop high-level technical designs for new features and enhancements, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security standards
  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the lead engineers and development teams
  • Define the technical roadmap for the JobCenter solution, identifying opportunities for refactoring and improvement
  • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into robust and sustainable technical designs

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in the Salesforce platform, including its data model, security model, and development capabilities (Apex, LWC)
  • Proven experience in Solution Architecture, with a track record of designing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions
  • Ability to think strategically and make architectural decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term objectives
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • English Level: Advanced (C1+)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with FieldFX and/or Salesforce Field Service
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect
  • Experience in a sustainment/operations environment
