Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development or a Sales Leadership function
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling enablement functions or training programs in high-growth environments
  • Experience in Sales and/or Learning & Development is a must
  • Exceptional stakeholder management - You know how to engage, influence, and align senior leaders across multiple countries
  • Strategic vision + operational excellence - You can set ambitious goals and personally roll up your sleeves to deliver on them
  • Strong analytical mindset - You read sales performance data and connect the dots to where enablement drives value
  • Willingness to be both a leader and an IC - We expect all employees, including the Sales Enablement Lead, to actively contribute as individual contributors: building training programs, engaging with sales teams, and being hands-on
  • Outstanding energy & communication skills - You inspire subject matter experts and energize sales teams
  • Proven execution ability - You deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and at high quality
