Join our team as a Senior ETL Developer, where you will play a key role in developing and supporting ETL code using Informatica PowerCenter for our enterprise data warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new ETL processes and enhance existing code using Informatica PowerCenter
  • Work independently to develop, configure, and unit test programs from specifications
  • Collaborate with data architects and application teams on ETL development efforts
  • Design and document ETL solutions for projects while estimating work effort
  • Coordinate development work among Informatica ETL developers both offshore and onshore
  • Provide technical support for administration and production of Informatica
  • Offer level three troubleshooting and operational support
  • Create and maintain best practices for the ETL development team
  • Prepare runbooks to support developed code and production processes
  • Identify enhancements to the data warehouse environment and collaborate with offshore teams for implementation
  • Escalate issues to appropriate parties as necessary

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a development role for a data warehouse
  • 5+ years of experience in Informatica Mappings, Workflows, and process development
  • Competency in complex SQL for ETL development
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Informatica tools
  • Understanding of integration technologies and processes
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Kimball, Inmon, and Millbrook design methodologies
  • Familiarity with testing tools and techniques
  • Experience working in Windows environments
  • Awareness of EDW reconciliation solutions
  • Certification in Informatica or related technologies
