This is a remote position.

A Salesforce AI Project Manager leads the end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce projects that incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities, such as Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, and AI‑driven automation. This role combines strong project management expertise with AI/ML knowledge to ensure AI‑enabled Salesforce solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience managing IT projects, preferably involving Salesforce and AI‑enabled platforms.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Einstein Analytics, and collaboration tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data workflows, and responsible AI practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Administrator or Developer
  • PMP, CSM, or other Project Management certifications
  • AI/ML certifications (AWS, Azure, Google AI) are a plus
