Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of Professional Services Consultants ensuring high performance, skill development, and effective service delivery.
  • Service Strategy & Execution: Assist in defining and implementing strategies for the Professional Services division, aligning with company goals and customer needs. Oversee the delivery of complex cybersecurity projects and solutions, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for cybersecurity strategy, solution design, and deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to integrate customer feedback, support pre-sales activities, and influence the development of new service offerings.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the budget for Professional Services, ensuring financial goals are met and maintaining profitability while delivering value to customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a technical services or consulting environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and performance.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to set strategic direction for services, manage large-scale projects, and drive operational efficiency. Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.
  • Customer-Facing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders, understanding business needs, and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L responsibilities. Ability to drive profitability while ensuring customer success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, sales engineering or consulting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE (NSE 4, NSE 5, NSE 7), CISSP, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Customer-service oriented work ethic
  • Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Goal oriented individual, with vast interpersonal managerial skills, strong business acumen and positive leadership abilities with proven results in mentoring, motivating and developing teams

  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a most, Portuguese highly preferred.
