We are looking for a remote Corporate Recruiter with full lifecycle recruiting experience to identify excellent candidates for our Business Development (BD) team and upcoming pipeline of work.
Requirements
- Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process
- Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to develop a deep understanding of future hiring needs
- Identify qualified talent through creative sourcing methods
- Follow the recruitment process established in Trilogy’s applicant tracking system (Lever)
- Manage and source multiple job requisitions concurrently
