Overview
We are searching for an experienced and driven Chief Automation Specialist to join our project as a Low-Code/No-Code Automation expert.
In this role, you will design, implement, and support automation solutions using UIPath, collaborating with non-technical Product Owners to translate their requirements into impactful technology deliverables. This position provides an opportunity to lead innovation and enhance productivity within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities
- Develop automation processes with UIPath, making use of pre-built templates and following a structured software development lifecycle for script creation
- Work alongside Product Owners to gather, interpret, and transform business needs into effective automation solutions
- Manage all phases of the automation process, from initial design through development, testing, and deployment, to ensure project success
- Contribute to the Automation & Productivity squad by sharing expertise, mentoring team members, and helping to define automation standards and best practices
- Stay informed about the latest advancements, tools, and trends in Low-Code/No-Code and automation to continuously refine automation approaches
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with UIPath, demonstrating advanced proficiency in developing and deploying automation solutions
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or team management role, with the ability to guide teams technically, shape project direction, promote best practices, and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Participation in at least 2 full project cycles or involvement in multiple projects covering various stages of the development lifecycle
- Strong expertise in Low-Code/No-Code methodologies and effective use of templates to speed up automation development
- Solid understanding of SDLC practices to guarantee the reliability and quality of automation scripts
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism when working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities for designing efficient automation solutions
- Passion for automation and a dedication to fostering innovation within the team
- English language proficiency (written and spoken) at B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD practices to enhance deployment and integration of automation solutions
- Skills in data analytics and visualization for evaluating and presenting automation outcomes
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT techniques for handling data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Understanding of test automation strategies to strengthen the reliability of automation scripts
