Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Intelligent Automation (IA) team.

You will create solution architecture and guide engineering teams in implementing cutting-edge automation technologies while helping our clients stay ahead of the curve in RPA and Intelligent Automation. Responsibilities

  • Design and review architectural solutions for medium-to-large scale projects using Power Platform, UiPath, Camunda, Flowable, Appian, n8n, or similar technology stacks
  • Create solution architecture documents with deep technical details
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify solution requirements and key case studies/scenarios for future solutions
  • Lead solution implementation from project requirements and goal setting to solution "go-live"
  • Act as technical team lead by designing and coding mission-critical components, prototypes, PoCs, MVPs, and scaling delivery projects
  • Oversee development efforts and provide technical assistance as needed
  • Contribute to pre-sale activities during the full cycle
  • Engage in non-project activities within the Solution Architecture Competency Center, including knowledge sharing and developing best practices aligned with modern industry trends
  • Resolve technical and operational challenges with a proactive and strategic approach
  • Provide technical leadership during design-to-deployment activities, guide implementation, perform code reviews, and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure the security of all system applications

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in solution architecture, including hands-on experience in Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js
  • Certified in AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, TOGAF would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in designing cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and BPM/RPA integrations (Power Platform, UiPath, Camunda, Flowable, Appian, n8n or alike technology stack)
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation
  • Proficient with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative), excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
  • Strong knowledge of OOP concepts Understanding and hands-on experience in design patterns
  • Dedication to keeping abreast of emerging technology trends
  • Agile and product-oriented mindset
  • Strong background in design and implementation of external services integrations
  • Experienced with AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Experienced with SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, REST/GraphQL APIs, ETL tools, SOAP and/or ESB
  • Experience in at least one of the strategic frameworks, like Customer Service, Decisioning and Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English level B2 or higher
  • Ability to work independently
