Requirements
- Extensive experience leading engineering organizations in hyper-growth environments (scale-ups) or large financial institutions
- Proven track record in managing managers and developing technical leaders across multiple teams
- Deep technical knowledge in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Experience building critical financial systems, dealing with high competition, data consistency, and compliance requirements
- Impatient person who prefers building solutions over just managing ready-made processes
- Ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios with clarity and pragmatism
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical challenges into business opportunities for senior stakeholders
