We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale E-commerce and digital ecosystem platform in the construction materials industry.

This role requires strong system thinking, experience with complex platforms, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in IT projects
  • Proven experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Logistics, or ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes: order management; supply chain & logistics; B2B and B2C sales flows
  • Experience working with complex multi-role platforms (marketplaces, ecosystems)
  • Ability to design and document end-to-end user journeys across multiple user types
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business)
  • Solid understanding of API integrations and system interactions
  • Fluency in Uzbek and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry
  • Experience with financial flows (cashback, balances, credit limits, payments)
  • Experience in emerging markets / fast-changing environments
  • Certifications in Agile / Scrum (PSPO, CSPO, etc.)
  • Experience with Event Storming / Domain-Driven Design

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product discovery and business analysis across multiple platform components
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Design and document: business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE); user flows and journeys; functional and non-functional requirements
  • Decompose a complex platform into clear modules and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and architects
  • Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions
  • Support delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
