As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for 10–15 concurrent technical requisitions. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and promote our employer brand. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Technical Recruiter, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technology.

- Demonstrated ability to recruit across role types and levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technology
- Solid understanding of technical concepts
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
