Overview

We are looking for a Middle SAP Consultant to join a strategic global project focused on transitioning and modernizing the SAP landscape, where you will be a key contributor in the Order-to-Cash stream. This remote role involves working within a dedicated team to ensure a seamless SAP support transition and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to acquire understanding of business processes, configurations, and custom code for the Order-to-Cash stream
  • Support the seamless transition of SAP O2C support ensuring zero downtime
  • Provide ongoing support, continuous improvement, and innovation for O2C processes
  • Execute hands-on exercises in test environments to validate acquired knowledge
  • Review and update support documentation including standard operating procedures and runbooks
  • Manage escalations and resolve complex incidents related to the O2C stream
  • Conduct shadowing and reverse shadowing activities during the transition phase

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a SAP consultant in retail solutions
  • Proficiency in SAP Retail and SAP Retail Sales modules
  • Background in supporting or implementing SAP Order-to-Cash processes
  • Ability to absorb and apply knowledge from intensive transfer sessions
  • Competency in managing SAP support documentation and incident resolution
  • Capability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • English language proficiency at an intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP Retail Master Data
  • Knowledge of SAP-IS Retail Solutions
