ENFINT is hiring a Customer IT Support Engineer.
What you’ll do
- Support and resolve technical issues for clients using our AI Agents platform
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents
- Troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
- Coordinate cross-team incident resolution until full recovery
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and customers
- Lead post-incident reviews and improvements
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support / operations
- Basic SQL and API knowledge
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Kibana)
- Familiarity with ITSM systems and ITIL basics
- Understanding of AI Agents is a plus
- Python is a plus
- Strong ownership and communication skills
- English fluency required (Spanish is a plus)
