ENFINT is hiring a Customer IT Support Engineer.

What you’ll do

  • Support and resolve technical issues for clients using our AI Agents platform
  • Monitor system health and respond to incidents
  • Troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
  • Coordinate cross-team incident resolution until full recovery
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and customers
  • Lead post-incident reviews and improvements

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support / operations
  • Basic SQL and API knowledge
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Kibana)
  • Familiarity with ITSM systems and ITIL basics
  • Understanding of AI Agents is a plus
  • Python is a plus
  • Strong ownership and communication skills
  • English fluency required (Spanish is a plus)
