- Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
- Customer obsession and a desire to build high-quality products that serve customer needs
- Speed and ability to work quickly to generate ideas and decide which things can ship now
- Focus and ability to engage or be heads down in a busy, remote team
- Collaboration and ability to inspire, play, and negotiate with designers, marketers, and PMs
- Strong technical skills and ability to participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
