Overview

We seek a forward-thinking Senior Business Analyst with hands-on AI expertise to lead client engagements in a dynamic consulting environment.

This role bridges business challenges with advanced AI solutions, driving innovation and measurable outcomes across industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and implement AI solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to identify high-impact AI use cases using data-driven insights to address complex business problems
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements, including data specifications and model performance metrics
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI/ML engineers and stakeholders to architect scalable AI solutions
  • Conduct workshops to explain AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical audiences
  • Redesign workflows to integrate AI components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and scalability
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to deliver cohesive AI solutions

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Consultant, with 6+ months focused on AI/ML projects
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering AI-driven solutions such as chatbots, recommendation engines and predictive models
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, LLM, neural networks and current AI capabilities and limitations
  • Familiarity with AI tools and cloud platforms
  • Ability to ideate and evaluate AI-driven solutions based on feasibility, business value and innovation potential
  • C1 English proficiency with exceptional client-facing communication and storytelling
  • Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or AI/ML certifications (Google AI, Microsoft AI Engineer) would be a plus
