Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to drive our innovative AI Project focused on capital markets.
This role involves building robust cloud infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines to advance data-driven decision-making through cutting-edge AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement lightweight CI/CD workflows to facilitate model testing and controlled deployment
- Ensure infrastructure management and automation to maintain optimized operations
- Transition experimental models and prototypes into production-ready workflows with a focus on consistency, version control, and reproducibility
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and compliance stakeholders to align infrastructure with project goals
- Establish secure DevSecOps practices and integrate security policies into DevOps pipelines
- Configure and manage Azure services including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), networking, and security setups
- Oversee role-based access control and cloud identity management with Azure Active Directory
- Facilitate advanced scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python
- Ensure projects comply with financial data governance standards and enterprise security requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM, preferably computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or platform operation services with a strong research mindset
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation, Git-based workflows, and scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Familiarity with Azure networking, security services, and DevSecOps practices
- Understanding of cloud identity management, enterprise security policies, and financial data governance standards
- Background in environments requiring close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and compliance stakeholders
- Python or C++ scripting experience from a DevOps perspective
- Prior experience in financial services or regulated industries
