Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to drive our innovative AI Project focused on capital markets.


This role involves building robust cloud infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines to advance data-driven decision-making through cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement lightweight CI/CD workflows to facilitate model testing and controlled deployment
  • Ensure infrastructure management and automation to maintain optimized operations
  • Transition experimental models and prototypes into production-ready workflows with a focus on consistency, version control, and reproducibility
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and compliance stakeholders to align infrastructure with project goals
  • Establish secure DevSecOps practices and integrate security policies into DevOps pipelines
  • Configure and manage Azure services including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), networking, and security setups
  • Oversee role-based access control and cloud identity management with Azure Active Directory
  • Facilitate advanced scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python
  • Ensure projects comply with financial data governance standards and enterprise security requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM, preferably computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or platform operation services with a strong research mindset
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation, Git-based workflows, and scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Familiarity with Azure networking, security services, and DevSecOps practices
  • Understanding of cloud identity management, enterprise security policies, and financial data governance standards
  • Background in environments requiring close collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and compliance stakeholders
  • Python or C++ scripting experience from a DevOps perspective
  • Prior experience in financial services or regulated industries
