Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer to join our team on a contract basis, driving the transformation of web applications into high-performing mobile experiences. This role focuses on iOS development while working collaboratively with internal engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge mobile applications using modern technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams to design, architect and deliver feature-rich mobile applications
  • Translate React-based web interfaces into high-performance mobile experiences compatible with iOS and Android
  • Maintain feature parity between web and mobile applications for seamless user experiences
  • Contribute to decisions on frameworks, component architecture and mobile development best practices
  • Enable mobile-specific features including offline support, push notifications and device integration
  • Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and other agile development practices
  • Write and execute testing strategies to ensure application quality and reliability
  • Use JIRA to effectively manage tasks and workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience building and shipping mobile applications emphasizing iOS development
  • Expertise in cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter
  • Strong background in Swift and native iOS application development
  • Proficiency in React and modern front-end development principles
  • Experience with iterative and agile development methodologies
  • Competency in testing practices including unit, integration and end-to-end testing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with FastAPI and Python
  • Experience aligning mobile interfaces with Tailwind-based web UIs
  • Knowledge of integrating Generative AI (GenAI) features such as LLM-based APIs
  • Proficiency in setting up mobile CI/CD pipelines and performance profiling for iOS devices
