We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key technical liaison, translating business needs into actionable features and guiding an offshore team to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Represent team in architectural and technical feature grooming with product stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical features and ensure alignment with strategy
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks
  • Guide offshore team in developing, enhancing, and maintaining code
  • Ensure implementation of microservices and REST APIs meets standards
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to CI/CD practices
  • Oversee unit testing and quality assurance processes
  • Participate in SAFe/scrum ceremonies, estimation, and planning sessions
  • Mentor offshore developers to foster technical excellence
  • Monitor delivery progress and proactively address risks
  • Coordinate technical discussions between stakeholders and development team

Requirements

  • 3+ years development experience in Java and Spring Boot
  • Project management experience with cross-functional scrum teams
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms
  • Solid understanding of Java messaging systems
  • Expertise in Kubernetes
  • Proficient in ReactJS
  • Experience with APIs and microservices architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 — Advanced)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Apache Kafka
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure
  • Certification in Apache Kafka
  • Azure Solutions Architect certification
