Overview

We are currently seeking a talented coordinator to drive our corporate engaging events that prioritize well-being, continuous learning and inclusion.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting events for EPAM communities and driving positive change with ESG initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and execute events, including budgeting, alignment with company goals and stakeholders
  • Cooperate across practices to manage event organization flow, ensuring it meets quality benchmarks, budgets and timelines
  • Support EPAM tech and informal communities in implementing best community-building practices
  • Ensure implementation of communication strategies to promote events internally and externally, working closely with HR, PR & Communication and Marketing teams
  • Analyze feedback and practice timely retrospectives for constantly improving participant engagement and experience
  • Manage external suppliers and vendors for venues, catering and entertainment
  • Drive and coordinate ESG (environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) related activities

Requirements

  • Familiarity with project management practices and flexibility to lead multiple initiatives
  • Knowledge of Georgian event market, including communities, organizations and vendor networks
  • Copywriting and basic design skills with a passion to advance in these areas
  • Understanding ESG and DEI practices and willingness to advocate for them
  • Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficiency in Georgian, both spoken and written
  • Good command of English (at least Upper-Intermediate level)

Nice to have

  • Understanding of IT industry
  • Working experience in corporate event management, event management, HR, Marketing or other people and creative related fields
  • Background in CRM and/or participant tracking systems management
  • Experience in events broadcasting
