The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing all sales activities for SEIP products within an assigned territory, leading sales representatives and distributors, and developing sales strategies to grow profitable business while delivering excellent customer support.

Requirements

  • Manage all aspects of regional sales activities for assigned territory
  • Lead, coordinate, and support Sales Representatives and Distributors on behalf of SEIP
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities that support profitable growth
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships across SEIP departments to support customers and drive results
  • Prepare and present quarterly forecasts, budgets, and recommendations for SEIP management reviews
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory and attend SEIP meetings as required

Benefits

  • Base salary of $135,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually
  • Additional discretionary bonuses/incentives
