Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Automation Specialist to join our project as a Low-Code/No-Code Automation leader.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions with UIPath, working closely with non-technical Product Owners to turn their needs into effective technology outcomes. This role offers the chance to champion innovation and boost productivity within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Create automation workflows using UIPath, utilizing pre-built templates and adhering to a structured SDLC for script development
  • Partner with Product Owners to collect, analyze, and convert business requirements into robust automation solutions
  • Oversee the entire automation lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment, to maximize project efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Automation & Productivity squad to exchange best practices, mentor peers, and help establish automation standards and guidelines
  • Keep up with emerging trends, tools, and advancements in Low-Code/No-Code and automation to continually enhance automation strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with UIPath, showcasing advanced skills in building and deploying automation solutions
  • At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
  • Deep understanding of Low-Code/No-Code concepts and the ability to use templates to accelerate automation development
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies to ensure automation scripts are reliable and high quality
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism when engaging with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for crafting effective automation solutions
  • Genuine enthusiasm for automation and a commitment to driving innovation within the team
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) at B2+ level or higher

Nice to have

  • Background in CI/CD for streamlining deployment and integration of automation solutions
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization to assess and communicate automation results
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes for managing data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Understanding of test automation methods to improve the dependability of automation scripts
