Overview

Join our team as a Senior/Lead SAP OpenText VIM Consultant to drive the implementation of OpenText VIM solutions within S/4HANA. In this role, you'll lead technical efforts, manage system integrations, ensure compliance with business requirements, and support seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for the S/4HANA implementation of the OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solution
  • Coordinate software implementations, updates and upgrades with internal stakeholders. Facilitate seamless integration of new systems into the corporate application ecosystem, ensuring data provisioning adheres to our client’s best practices and standards
  • Assess software compliance with business requirements and identify improvement opportunities
  • Oversee the technical rollout, implementation, and ongoing maintenance
  • Drive efficient system operations with a user-centric focus, managing 2nd-level support requests within a cross-functional product team and adhering to established incident management protocols

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the OpenText VIM Solution, version 21.2 or above
  • Experience working with Intelligent Capture for SAP, version 21.2 or above
  • Hands-on experience in the integration areas of the SAP modules FI and MM with OpenText VIM
  • Several years of experience in IT Consultancy or Application Management and Integration, with responsibility for enterprise solutions
  • Great sense of ownership, communication, and project management capabilities, with the ability to lead discussions with business users and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Practical knowledge working with SAP S/4HANA and other common solutions in financial areas (e.g. Coupa, SAP Concur, DATEV, SAP Fieldglass)
  • Practical knowledge of the other solutions of OpenText ecosystem such as Document Pipeline, Extended ECM
  • Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages and platforms: ABAP or ABAP OO, Python, PowerShell
  • Hands-on experience with test automation processes
