Product Support Engineer position at Semperis, responsible for solving technical issues and providing customer service on security and identity products. The role involves shaping future product development, working with management, Product, and R&D teams. The position is hybrid, with 2-3 days per week in one of Semperis' offices.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
- Develop and maintain in-depth working knowledge of Semperis primary product(s)
- Monitor the Support Queue to ensure all SLA are being met
- Experience with Active Directory Management and Cloud technologies
- Track and update customer support issues and logs them within CRM platform like Salesforce
- Create Knowledge base articles on a regular basis
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products and emerging trends in related technology areas
