Overview
We are looking for an SAP FICO Consultant to join a large-scale SAP retail transformation program delivering B2C and B2B rollouts across multiple global markets. In this role, you will support financial and tax-related processes within a complex omnichannel retail environment. You will work with advanced SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Retail and SAP CAR, contributing to global template design and multi-country deployments. This is a client-facing opportunity where your expertise will help ensure compliance, consistency, and seamless integration across finance, retail, and logistics systems. You’ll collaborate with international teams in a hybrid landscape that includes both SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.

Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of tax-related processes within SAP FI
- Ensure compliance and consistency of financial processes across markets and rollouts
- Assist in integrating tax processes across SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, and related systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and solution architects to gather requirements
- Provide input on configuration, process improvements, and issue resolution
- Support rollout activities while ensuring adherence to global templates and localization needs
- Help resolve cross-system issues in a hybrid SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environment
Requirements
- Solid experience in SAP FICO (5+ years), including hands-on configuration
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI Tax processes and financial accounting principles
- Experience working in multi-country and global environments
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC systems
- Understanding of integrations across finance, retail, and logistics domains
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for client-facing interactions
- English proficiency at a B2+ level
