The ideal candidate has 4+ years of directing or showrunning experience, strong scripting instincts, and experience with AI generation tools. The role involves collaborating with a team of AI Content Creators, tech team, and other Short Film Directors.   • Strong scripting instincts: hooks, cliffhangers, minute-to-minute escalation
  • Experience with vertical drama platforms
  • Played around with AI generation tools such as Runway Gen-4, Sora 2, Kling 3, Veo 3, Pika, Higgsfield, and Seedance
