As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of frontend and backend engineers to drive our product-led growth strategy and execute on the next-generation vision for our self-service platform.
Requirements
- Lead a team of multi-disciplined software engineers
- Work closely with product management team on product strategy and roadmap refinement
- Oversee technical design, task decomposition, and daily standups
- Lead the creation of features and product releases
- Drive the self-serve growth engine: activation funnels, in-product upgrade flows, and PLG experimentation and self serve deployments.
