The Role
We are looking for a high-stakes SEO Manager to join our growth team. In the world of iGaming, the SERPs are a battlefield. We need someone who doesn't just "do SEO" but understands the specific nuances of high-competition keywords, complex regulatory environments, and the delicate balance between aggressive growth and brand safety. You will be responsible for developing and executing the organic search strategy across multiple markets, ensuring our platforms rank for the most lucrative terms in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Build and manage end-to-end SEO roadmaps (On-page, Off-page, and Technical) tailored for Casino, Sportsbook, and Affiliate verticals.
- Technical SEO: Lead site audits to ensure our platforms are crawlable and lightning-fast. Navigate the challenges of Single Page Applications (SPAs) and complex CMS structures.
- Content Excellence: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-intent, E-E-A-T-compliant content that converts.
- Link Building & Outreach: Oversee sophisticated backlink strategies; distinguish between high-authority niche edits and toxic links and acquire the former at scale.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor the "grey-hat" and "white-hat" tactics of competitors and stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts.
- Data & Reporting: Define KPIs and provide regular updates on traffic, keyword rankings, and First Time Deposits (FTDs) derived from organic search.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 4+ years in SEO, with at least 2 years specifically within the iGaming sector.
- Technical Prowess: Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Log File Analyzers.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to find the "why" behind the data, not just report numbers.
- Adaptability: Thrive on pivots and problem-solving in response to constant changes from Google.
