Senior/Lead SAP Logistics VIM Consultant with Coupa expertise

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Logistics VIM Consultant with Coupa expertise to support key Coupa implementation projects, optimize integrations with SAP S/4HANA, and manage enterprise procurement and invoicing solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and ensure the seamless performance of critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of key Coupa projects, including instance consolidation and integration, covering all phases from design and execution to testing and hypercare
• Assume technical ownership of the existing Coupa landscape, ensuring its day-to-day stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements
• Provide expert 2nd and 3rd level support by troubleshooting complex platform issues and managing them through to resolution in line with incident management processes
• Manage and coordinate all Coupa software updates, upgrades, and integrations, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth transitions
• Continuously evaluate the Coupa solution to identify opportunities for improvement and drive the technical rollout of enhancements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Coupa, including implementation and support of core Coupa modules (e.g., Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, SIM)
• Deep functional and technical understanding of integration points between Coupa and SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP FI (Finance) and MM (Materials Management) and other third party tools like SirionOne and VIM
• Proven experience with Coupa integrations (e.g., cXML, API integrations, Flat File integrations) and a strong understanding of integration best practices
• Several years of experience in IT Consultancy or Application Management, with a strong track record of owning enterprise-level solutions
• Exceptional sense of ownership and strong project management skills, with the ability to confidently lead technical discussions with business users, project managers, and architects

Nice to have

• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with other solutions in the finance and procurement ecosystem (e.g., SAP Concur, VIM, SAP Fieldglass)
• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages, such as Python or C#, for integration support
• Hands-on experience with test automation processes and tools
