Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to spearhead the analysis, delivery, and strategic development of technical products that meet our business needs.


This role is key to fostering collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes in strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and sponsors to understand evolving customer requirements and priorities
  • Convert business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and actionable acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery Management teams to align product development with business strategies
  • Oversee interaction between the development team and internal customers, actively participating in agile ceremonies
  • Drive the delivery of strategic roadmaps for new product iterations, ensuring backlog prioritization reflects user needs
  • Identify and address dependencies within product delivery and across connected technical components
  • Promote Agile principles throughout the product development lifecycle

Requirements

  • Background in Product Management or Business Analysis with relevant certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering products in an Agile environment
  • Proficiency in Jira or similar tools and business analysis software like Microsoft Office
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry, including market data expertise
  • Knowledge of Data & Information Architecture, AI, and LLM utilization principles
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Capability to work effectively with global teams and build knowledge across new business domains
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycles and methodologies
