Overview

We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in AI-focused development to lead the creation and ownership of an AI-driven coaching and enterprise platform. This role involves delivering production-grade features, maintaining shared AI development environments, and advancing AI-assisted workflows and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain a shared AI-agents development environment
  • Advance project-level AI skills, rules, and memory frameworks
  • Design and deliver backend and frontend features
  • Build APIs, pipelines, and environments aligning with established conventions
  • Ensure architectural consistency and development quality
  • Leverage automated AI review agents to optimize code quality
  • Enhance developer experience through AI-assisted tooling and workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience with .NET, Azure, and Angular
  • Background in AI-First development approaches
  • Understanding of architectural principles and clean code practices
  • Proficiency in Azure infrastructure and services
  • Capability to manage end-to-end vertical slices within projects
  • Qualifications in Git branching strategies and CI/CD processes
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, MCP, and model-context tools
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
