We are building an AI & ML strategy function and need a Chief AI Engineer to connect business priorities with scalable AI/GenAI outcomes. You will guide AI and GenAI efforts from early concepts through prototypes while shaping roadmaps for executive stakeholders and leveraging Google Cloud to enable durable digital transformation—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Direct AI and GenAI projects from initial concept through functional prototypes
- Define and translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Prioritize and drive innovative solutions that maximize return on investment and deliver measurable outcomes
- Establish structure and direction within highly ambiguous, uncharted project landscapes
- Apply expertise across the Google Cloud ecosystem to architect and deliver enduring digital transformation solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of combined experience in AI/GenAI project delivery and business strategy alignment
- Demonstrated expertise in translating business goals into technical innovations for stakeholders
- Solid background in Google Cloud technologies and their use in transformational projects
- Proven ability to lead with a strategic mindset, emphasizing high-impact innovation over operational inefficiencies
- Strong capability to operate with undefined parameters, establishing clear processes and structure
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
