This is a remote position.

Positioned within an evolving property investment firm based in the UK, this role is critical for driving the expansion of the organisation’s social housing portfolio. You will act as the primary catalyst for growth, focusing on high-level outreach to secure strategic partnerships with social housing providers and private landlords. This is a remote independent contract role (4-6 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Engagement: Identify and initiate contact with key decision-makers within social housing providers to introduce the organisation’s value proposition.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Execute high-volume outbound calling and emailing campaigns to secure formal meetings for the executive team.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, ensuring professional representation of the firm’s brand.
  • Portfolio Diversification: Gradually expand outreach efforts to include private landlords, identifying opportunities for managed property investment.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends and provider requirements to help refine the organisation’s service offering.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or high-level outbound sales.
  • Sector Knowledge: Previous exposure to the property market, real estate, or social housing sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written UK English skills with the ability to engage confidently at an executive level.
  • Resilience: The ability to navigate gatekeepers and maintain a high output in a competitive environment.
