Overview

We're looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our hybrid team near Eindhoven, Netherlands. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical delivery by gathering and analysing requirements, defining product features and ensuring successful implementation of connectivity and IT platform solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams and other product owners to deliver secure, reliable and high-performing services in an Agile and DevSecOps environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into clear product features and user stories
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog ensuring alignment with the roadmap and organisational objectives
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions
  • Support the definition of acceptance criteria and validate deliverables against requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions and backlog refinement meetings
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements to meet business goals
  • Ensure compliance with security and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
  • Provide clear and structured documentation for requirements, processes and solutions
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain effective communication across teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a business analyst and product owner in IT infrastructure or connectivity domains
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe and DevSecOps practices
  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable features and stories for development teams
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management processes such as ITIL
  • Knowledge of network, connectivity and security technologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies
  • Degree in information technology, business or a related field

  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio for creating clear storylines
  • Familiarity with tools for backlog management and visualisation
  • Interest in AI, emerging technologies and market trends
