Overview

We are building secure, scalable identity services, and need a Lead Identity and Access Management Engineer to shape SSO and MFA across our platforms. You will design, implement, and refine Auth0-based integrations using SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect while partnering with teams to meet security standards—apply now.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver SSO capabilities for multiple applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Manage the full authentication token lifecycle, including issuance, validation, renewal, and revocation
  • Enable interoperability by integrating and supporting identity protocols across diverse systems
  • Partner with application and infrastructure teams to align identity solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms
  • Enforce security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies across all integrations
  • Troubleshoot and fix authentication, authorization, and SSO configuration issues
  • Produce and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
  • Evaluate emerging identity technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen security and efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management or closely related roles
  • Deep expertise with Identity Management platforms, Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization standards including SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Hands-on competency implementing and optimizing solutions in Auth0, including addressing realignment needs
  • Proven background collaborating with integration teams to apply identity standards consistently across multiple platforms
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
