Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Platform Administrator to take ownership of the daily operations of the BlueConic Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring its stability, optimal configuration, and reliable activation capabilities to support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure BlueConic, including profiles, feeds, segments, journeys, and permissions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot platform data flows, tagging setups, and integrations
  • Manage audience segmentation and activation strategies for marketing use cases
  • Monitor the health, performance, and data quality of the platform
  • Provide tactical support and guidance to marketing and martech teams
  • Document platform configurations and operational processes post-knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Hands-on experience with BlueConic or comparable CDP platforms
  • Proficiency in martech integrations, tagging technologies, and data flow management
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex platform operations
  • Familiarity with marketing activation workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)

  • Knowledge of data flow maintenance, data integration practices, and data quality standards
