We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive the successful market entry and long-term growth of Sprinklr in Poland. The role requires a strong track record in enterprise sales, ability to open and develop new markets, and confident presence in front of senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a sales-related environment
- Established network in the Polish market
- Proven experience in customer management and acquisition
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience, analytics, digital marketing, social media, or MarTech
- Solid SaaS expertise, ideally including experience with platforms such as Sprinklr
- Confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights
- Solid understanding of KPIs
