We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive the successful market entry and long-term growth of Sprinklr in Poland. The role requires a strong track record in enterprise sales, ability to open and develop new markets, and confident presence in front of senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a sales-related environment
  • Established network in the Polish market
  • Proven experience in customer management and acquisition
  • Strong understanding of Customer Experience, analytics, digital marketing, social media, or MarTech
  • Solid SaaS expertise, ideally including experience with platforms such as Sprinklr
  • Confident in navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights
  • Solid understanding of KPIs
