Overview
We are seeking an Automation Tester in .NET to join our team, focusing on both manual and automated quality assurance for cruise-related applications.
The role involves maintaining and enhancing automation frameworks, supporting release processes and collaborating closely with developers and management to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual QA tasks for cruise applications
- Create new automation tasks for new functionality
- Run existing automation tests during deployments
- Maintain the existing automation project for all cruise applications including OVS Cruise, Cruise Web, Legacy Cruise, Retail Cruise, Compass and Supplier inventory/pricing
- Confirm Go/No Go release status
- Understand and provide guidance on failed tests to developers and management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in QA or automation testing
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Web API Testing and scripting with JavaScript or C#
- Skills in test strategy and test plan creation, test matrix and test case development
- Proficiency in test framework creation and maintenance
- Experience with Postman or SoapUI
- Background in travel product shopping and booking processes
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- ISTQB, CSTP or Selenium professional certification
- Understanding of basic cloud concepts for AWS and Microsoft Azure including IaaS, PaaS or SaaS
