We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with strong experience in managing integrated technology solutions for enterprise clients.

You will lead projects that deliver data visualization and decision support tools in a complex IT environment within the oil and gas sector.

This role requires close collaboration with C-level executives and key stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in navigating a hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure while promoting AI adoption. Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of integrated IT solutions that support data visualization and decision-making
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including senior executives to align project objectives
  • Plan and oversee complex IT integrations involving cloud, on-premises, and custom platforms
  • Identify and resolve integration issues such as data inconsistencies and security concerns
  • Apply agile and waterfall methodologies to ensure effective project execution and progress tracking

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of 5+ years managing integration-focused technology projects for enterprise clients or serving in a CTO role overseeing complex IT environments
  • Strong background of 5+ years in project management encompassing stakeholder engagement, expectation management, and decision facilitation
  • Proven knowledge in implementing multifaceted IT solutions including web applications, data pipelines, backend and frontend components with multiple system integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and resolve complex integration issues such as master data conflicts, security breaches, and interface incompatibilities
  • Practical understanding and experience with real-time and batch system integrations using integration buses and APIs
  • Competency in agile project management methodologies including Kanban and sprint-based workflows
  • Familiarity with waterfall project planning and execution
  • Capability to estimate project efforts and track progress on a daily basis
  • Proficiency in English at B2+ level
  • Strong communication and articulation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

  • Experience within the oil and gas industry
  • Familiarity with business practices and culture in the Middle East
  • Background as a CTO or solution architect
  • Consultancy experience in information technology
  • Experience in developing and implementing AI tools and solutions including large language model (LLM) applications
