Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our collaborative team. This role requires a highly-skilled professional with proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining marketing campaigns while supporting brands and regional markets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop CDP segmentation and Journey Builder configurations
  • Manage scheduling and execution for marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools
  • Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder
  • Build and support Interaction Studio solutions for up to 3 BMS brands, with scalability for additional requests
  • Provide direct interaction and support for brands and markets
  • Collaborate with teams to implement a 24/7 campaign support model across geographies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
  • 5-8 years of general IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly with Journey Builder or similar platforms; knowledge of SQL is essential
  • Background in email and web/online marketing with 3-4 years of hands-on experience
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities, with ability to work in teams
  • English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in HTML coding for marketing applications
  • Understanding of social media marketing and SMS marketing strategies
  • Flexibility to use search engine marketing tools effectively
  • Competency in display media strategies for advertising
  • Knowledge of front-end development and email development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for creating user interfaces
