What you'll own:
- Full technical direction: architecture, reliability, infra, and the team
- High-load, event-driven platform at scale
- SRE practices, incident response, observability
- Engineering hiring & growth of tech leads
- Security, PCI DSS compliance, DR/BCP
- AI integration & process automation
What we're looking for:
- Proven CTO / Head of Eng / Principal Architect in fintech, SaaS, or infra
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture
- Hands-on background in Go and/or Python
- Strong DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, cloud platforms knowledge
- You connect engineering decisions to business outcomes
