Evertune is building an AI discovery platform for modern marketers. The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the backend systems that power the core product experience.
Requirements
- Must currently be located in the Seattle area and able to work in-office 2-3x/week
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software for user-facing or B2B products, with substantial depth in backend engineering
- Experience building scalable backend systems in Python or similar languages, with Python highly preferred
- Strong fundamentals in system design, data modeling, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Track record of building reliable product-facing services and integrations that directly support customer workflows
- Comfortable working across APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, observability, and CI/CD
- Strong product instinct and a collaborative approach to working with product, design, and frontend engineers
- AI-forward and actively using AI tools / LLMs to improve speed, quality, and engineering leverage
- Strong communication skills, technical judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment
