We are searching for a talented Lead Accessibility Tester to join our organization.

Responsibilities
- Guide and support a team of accessibility testers, providing mentorship and oversight to promote high standards and professional development
- Oversee and perform accessibility testing and audits on assigned products, ensuring all WCAG issues are detected, documented, and resolved
- Coordinate and lead testing and audit kickoff meetings, clearly communicating goals, schedules, and expectations to both stakeholders and team members
- Demonstrate advanced testing expertise and ensure the team achieves productivity and quality objectives
- Work closely with Design, Product Management, and Product Engineering teams to integrate accessibility testing throughout the development process
- Collaborate with the Testing Lead and other leaders to guarantee timely, precise, and aligned completion of all testing assignments
- Supervise the development and upkeep of process documentation in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Recommend process enhancements, share feedback on testing tools and workflows, and drive the adoption of improvements across the team
- Ensure compliance with accessibility policies and organizational guidelines
- Keep up to date with changes in accessibility standards and industry best practices, sharing relevant knowledge with the team
- Present testing outcomes, audit results, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information science, information design, computer science, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in software or web testing, or a related technical field
- Minimum of one year in a leadership or management role within development teams
- Hands-on experience in accessibility testing, including at least one year in a mentoring or leadership position
- Comprehensive understanding of WCAG 2.2 guidelines and their practical application in digital environments
- Advanced skills with assistive technologies and accessibility tools, such as JAWS, NVDA, and automated testing platforms
- Proven track record of coordinating testing efforts across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in developing test plans and scripts, and leading teams through their execution
- Ability to shape, refine, and enhance testing processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- Skilled at navigating uncertainty, making sound decisions, and building consensus
- English proficiency (written and spoken) at B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for tracking and managing bugs
- Knowledge of Figma for collaborating on design and conducting accessibility reviews
- Experience in UX Design to help create accessible user experiences
