Overview

The Associate Principal, Business Analysis is a key position that focuses on advising clients, designing solutions for complex systems, and actively participating in delivery governance.

The individual in this role will leverage their experience in business process management and operational excellence standards to contribute to horizon 2 R&D efforts. They will also be responsible for measuring product and business performance KPIs, and have a strong understanding of IT trends.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients
  • Design, re-engineer, and propose solutions for complex systems in various business areas
  • Actively participate in delivery governance
  • Advise on business process governance and contribute to business process management
  • Leverage standards of operational excellence
  • Recognize the need for integration across multiple change management processes
  • Define solutions based on business/product strategy for horizon 2 R&D efforts
  • Measure product and business performance KPIs

Requirements

  • Experience in designing and scoping solutions in a short period of time
  • Knowledge in two or more business or technical domains
  • Hands-on experience in scope modelling on a complex system level
  • Ability to build consensus and establish credibility with clients
  • Advanced skills in preparing slide decks and visual materials
  • English B2+

Nice to have

  • Experience working with large multi-stream projects or programs/complex systems
  • Knowledge of non-standard domain approaches along with best practices
  • Familiarity with Accelerators for specific domains
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders on future strategic direction
  • Experience liaising with organizational management to develop and implement business strategies
