Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing and quota-carrying role experience, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit's software and build strong relationships with highly technical prospects and key business stakeholders
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, Command of Message, etc.
  • Product-led growth (PLG) company experience, familiarity with AI, developer, and open source technologies
