Overview
We're looking for an AI Partner Marketing Manager to join our hybrid team in the United Kingdom. In this EMEA focused role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that promote EPAM’s Data and AI Partner solutions and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling content, run multi-channel campaigns and support collaboration with EPAM’s strategic partners.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening EPAM’s presence across the Data and AI ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner-focused marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives
- Create engaging and informative content for Data and AI Partner services and solutions
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, webinars and events
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
- Coordinate the design of visually appealing campaign assets with internal creative teams
- Support the organisation and promotion of partner-related webinars, workshops and customer events
- Manage event logistics including registration, scheduling and post-event engagement for virtual and in-person sessions
- Represent EPAM at industry conferences and trade shows when required
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure quality lead generation and conversion strategies
- Utilise marketing automation and CRM tools to manage lead tracking and optimise campaign efficiency
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing for a platform, solutions provider or systems integrator
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related discipline
- Proven experience in B2B marketing preferably in technology or cloud computing environments
- Familiarity with Data and AI Partners such as NVIDIA, Databricks, Anthropic or Snowflake
- Strong writing skills and experience creating high-quality marketing content
- Proficient with marketing and sales automation platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics tools
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with capability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholder engagement experience
