Overview

We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer (JS) to join our team.

In this position, you will take on complex projects, collaborate with skilled colleagues, and help shape the development of forward-thinking software solutions. Your expertise will be essential in building and evolving applications that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and test comprehensive software solutions
  • Manage project schedules and contribute to defining detailed project requirements
  • Provide technical leadership and offer recommendations to influence project outcomes
  • Drive continuous enhancements in software quality, efficiency, and scalability
  • Execute full-stack development, working across both frontend and backend systems

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working with JavaScript in a full-stack development capacity
  • Deep expertise in NodeJS for backend application development
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and ReactJS for creating robust and maintainable frontend solutions
  • Solid experience with SQL for database architecture, querying, and optimization
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a background in team management or mentorship
  • Hands-on experience with NestJS for developing scalable server-side applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for addressing technical issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken) at B2+ level or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with NextJS for building server-rendered and advanced React applications
  • Experience with Java to provide additional backend development support
