Overview
We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer (JS) to join our team.
In this position, you will take on complex projects, collaborate with skilled colleagues, and help shape the development of forward-thinking software solutions. Your expertise will be essential in building and evolving applications that support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and test comprehensive software solutions
- Manage project schedules and contribute to defining detailed project requirements
- Provide technical leadership and offer recommendations to influence project outcomes
- Drive continuous enhancements in software quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Execute full-stack development, working across both frontend and backend systems
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with JavaScript in a full-stack development capacity
- Deep expertise in NodeJS for backend application development
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in TypeScript and ReactJS for creating robust and maintainable frontend solutions
- Solid experience with SQL for database architecture, querying, and optimization
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a background in team management or mentorship
- Hands-on experience with NestJS for developing scalable server-side applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for addressing technical issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- English language proficiency (written and spoken) at B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with NextJS for building server-rendered and advanced React applications
- Experience with Java to provide additional backend development support
