At Truelogic, we are a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services. We are seeking a Senior Technical Producer to lead the delivery of high-impact, complex digital projects. In this role, you will partner closely with Technical Directors to ensure that our digital solutions are delivered with technical excellence, on time, and within scope.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical production, technical project management, or delivery management within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of leading complex web-based or digital product projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "translate" complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot priorities in a dynamic, agency-style environment.
- A rigorous focus on execution quality and a commitment to delivering polished, bug-free digital experiences.
