Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud to join our team.

In this position, you will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining Salesforce solutions designed for the consumer goods sector. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the platform delivers value and adapts to changing business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and tailor Salesforce CG Cloud to support retail execution, visit planning, and order management processes
  • Deliver user support and training, focusing on the unique capabilities of Consumer Goods Cloud
  • Conduct regular data audits to maintain accuracy, security, and high data quality for consumer goods operations
  • Build automated workflows for retail execution, merchandising, and promotional activities using Salesforce tools
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, market trends, and customer activity
  • Work with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce CG Cloud with ERP, supply chain, and additional business platforms
  • Monitor Salesforce CG Cloud updates and implement new features to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices within consumer goods operations
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance the use of Salesforce CG Cloud

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and its use in retail and consumer goods environments
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B1+ level or higher
  • Residence in Ukraine required for remote work eligibility

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Apex for custom automation and development
  • Background in Salesforce development, including custom solution and integration work
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Workbench for advanced data management and troubleshooting
