Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director, SAP Business Solution Architect to join our close-knit EPAM team and drive technology-led client outcomes across pre-sales and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead SAP pre-sale and implementation governance and delivery across client engagements
- Define and align target architecture and client roadmap with SAP solutions
- Drive architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency across the SAP architecture domain
- Run fit-gap analysis and guide process and organizational change activities
- Assess current client solutions and identify opportunities for SAP solution implementation
- Develop and refine SAP solution functional requirements and identify IT and business enablers from discovery to blueprint
- Support account planning to build the client vision based on solution scope
- Integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains into a cohesive approach
- Participate in the client engagement lifecycle as a core member of the account engagement team
- Introduce innovation topics to address specific client needs
- Build client relationships and support the sales team in detailed solution discovery discussions
- Stay current on SAP products, portfolio updates, and improvement trends to inform client roadmaps
- Estimate effort for process and organizational design improvements, SAP configuration, and development work
Requirements
- Extensive SAP solution architecture experience (10+ years)
- Senior leadership experience guiding architecture direction and governance (5+ years)
- Strong pre-sales and implementation governance experience across SAP initiatives
- Expert fit-gap analysis skills and business requirements adjustment capabilities
- Deep architecture domain knowledge across business, data, application, and technical layers
- Strong troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis expertise
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
